Can you imagine being a child orphaned by HIV / AIDS ? Having witnessed both your parents die, can you imagine being refused entry by your local school and ostracised by your extended family as they can't afford to take care of you?. Finally you have been told you will have to go to an orphanage as there is no-one to look after you. It is hard to imagine being totally alone in the world
